I was featured in the Mail & Guardian 200 Young South Africans, an annual list recognising individuals considered to be among the most influential young South Africans of the year. I was included in the Technology and Innovation category for my work as a Technology Designer at Ampersand, a consultancy I co-founded, as well as for my PhD research in Information Technology at Nelson Mandela University Centre for Community Technologies.

The recognition reflects the intersection of my professional practice and academic research, focusing on design-led technology, innovation, and the social impact of ICTs in South Africa.
